Yvonne Adams Legacy Fund

As announced last June, this year the Roundball Classic is proud to expand its scope and help raise funds for more than just children fighting cancer.

Inspired by the courageous cancer battle of the late Yvonne Adams, and funded by the enormous generosity of Kent & Missy McCarthy, this summer a local family with a parent currently fighting cancer will be recognized at the game and receive $25,000 of support.

The best part? KJ and Kevin Adams will be helping us choose the deserving family. Yvonne was such an incredible fighter and amazing person throughout her life. Her talents on the basketball court were head-turning, her role as a loving mother and wife even more impressive and the grace and courage she displayed throughout her cancer fight were truly inspiring.
