Ember Henry

Meet Ember Rose Henry — 10 years old, and stronger than most people will ever need to be.

Ember is a bright and joyful child with a passion for fashion and a dream of becoming a designer one day. Reading and arts and crafts are her two favorite hobbies — creative outlets that helped carry her through some of the longest, hardest days imaginable.

In August 2025, our world was turned upside down when Ember was diagnosed with Osteosarcoma. What followed was 10 months of chemotherapy — 10 months of ups and downs, uncertainty, and challenges that would test even the strongest of spirits. But not once did Ember let it get her down. She smiled. She laughed. And she made countless new and amazing friends along the way.

When reconstruction surgery on her left leg became unavoidable, she faced that hurdle the same way she’s faced every other — with her head held high. She is now adjusting to her new prosthetic and working hard every day toward walking independently again.

And the best part? As of May 2, 2026 — Ember has officially finished chemotherapy. 🎉

Now, with the hardest chapter behind her, Ember has a long and beautiful future ahead — and she’s already filling it with big plans. Next up? Learning to play tennis and joining her middle school tennis team. Because if the last year has taught us anything, it’s that there is absolutely nothing this girl cannot do.

She is braver than most, bolder than ever, and just getting started. We are so incredibly proud of you, Ember Rose.
