Peyton Dugan

Peyton is a spunky, joy-filled 2-year-old with a spirit that lights up every room she enters. 💛 Full of energy and life, she loves playing outside—especially with her big sister Saige (5)—along with dancing, chasing bubbles, and anything that gives her a little adrenaline rush. She truly is our little firecracker. 💪🏼

At the end of January 2026, what began as minor back pain quickly turned into something much bigger—a diagnosis of neuroblastoma. Since then, Peyton has already endured multiple rounds of chemotherapy in hopes of shrinking her tumor. Despite everything she has faced, her strength continues to shine through each and every day.

So far, her tumor has shown little response to treatment, and her medical team is now carefully considering next steps, including more aggressive chemotherapy before surgery can take place. When the time comes, Peyton will undergo surgery at Memorial Sloan Kettering. Because her tumor is wrapped around several major arteries, the procedure is complex and high-risk—but it is a necessary step in removing the cancer.

Through it all, Peyton continues to show us what true strength looks like. Her courage, energy, and determination are nothing short of incredible. She is everything you would expect from a fighter—and so much more. 💛
